What counts as a booking
An appointment Perbene booked, from a call, text, chat, email or outreach, that wasn't cancelled before it started. Appointments you book yourself don't count.

What counts as a booking?
An appointment Perbene booked, from a call, text, chat, email or outreach, that wasn't cancelled before it started. Appointments you put in your calendar yourself don't count.
What happens in a very busy month?
You never pay more than $349 a month. Past 31 bookings the cap applies, and every other appointment Perbene books that month costs you nothing more.
What does the $99 cover?
The whole team and every channel: the phone line and calls, texts, WhatsApp, web chat and email, review replies, one history per customer, customer groups and outreach, in English and French.
What if Perbene books nothing in a month?
Then you pay the $99 base and nothing else.
